## 2. PRODUCTS & ORDERS

 

- All sales are final unless otherwise stated  

- Customer is responsible for verifying fitment before purchase  

- Performance parts may require professional installation  

- Some products may not be street legal  

 

We are not responsible for incorrect orders placed by the customer.

## 3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

No returns on:

- Special order items  

- Electrical components  

- Installed or used parts  

 

Approved returns (if accepted):

- Must be unused and in original packaging  

- May be subject to a restocking fee  

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customer assumes full responsibility for:

## 5. DYNO TUNING & PERFORMANCE SERVICES

 

All tuning and performance services are provided without guarantee of specific results.

 

Customer acknowledges:

- Performance gains vary  

- High-performance use increases mechanical stress  

- Engine or component failure is possible  

 

No refunds on tuning services once completed.

## 6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY

 

Performance modifications involve inherent risks, including:

 

- Mechanical failure  

- Loss of control  

- Serious injury or death  

 

By purchasing products or services from Lynch Worx, you agree that:

 

- You understand and accept all risks associated with modified vehicles  

- You assume full responsibility for operation and use  

- All modifications are performed at your own risk  

 

Lynch Worx shall not be held liable for any injury, death, damage, or loss resulting from:

 

- Installation or use of parts  

- Improper installation or setup  

- Tuning or performance modifications  

- Racing, off-road use, or aggressive riding  

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Lynch Worx from any claims arising from the use of our products or services.
